How long does my subscription last?

All other subscriptions       One year from date of enrolment fee paid

Will I be contacted before my subscription expires?

Yes, you will be contacted one month before your subscription expires.

How do you use my personal information?

We use your personal information to allocate a bar discount card, to contact you regarding your subscription and to send you special offers for events and the bar.

How long do you keep my personal information for?

We will hold your personal information for the duration that you hold a subscription and for one year after it expires, at which point it will be deleted.  You can ask us to delete your information at any time after your subscription expires by emailing cleecricketclub@gmail.com. 

What happens if I don’t want to renew my subscription?

We’d be sorry to see you go but if you have any outstanding monies on your bar card, you can cash this in by visiting the Club and relinquishing your bar card or you can choose to make a donation to the chosen charity of Cleethorpes Cricket and Squash Club by emailing cleecricketclub@gmail.com.  If after 12 months of your subscription expiring monies remain on your card, they will automatically be donated to charity and your account closed.
